When you opt in to SMS notifications on xfox.ai, we may send you text messages for:

• Authentication: One-time login links to verify your identity.
• Business notifications: Pipeline updates, job status changes, and scheduling reminders.

Message frequency varies based on your activity, typically 1–20 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS notifications in your account settings.

We send SMS messages from +1 (402) 682-8921 using Twilio's messaging platform. Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for platform authentication and authorized business notifications.
